- Proof of Address
- Original ID document
- Original Valid drivers License
- Proof of income
- Copy of Spousal ID document ( C.O.P )
- Valid work permit (Non-resident )
Add the following only in the case of the purchase is by Business and not private
- Company Registration Document
- Full set of financial Statements ( Audited if PTY LTD )
- Letter from CA ( NOT CFA )
